Tim Peters is een tekenaar die zich heeft gespecialiseerd in het maken van strips met een medische strekking. De gevaren van roken, wat HIV is, hoe epilepsie werkt: hij brengt het in beeld met hulp van een flutsende superheld, Captain Bio geheten: kapitein Levenslust.
